Perhaps the women in front of the weaver’s house are stitching a new cloak for the jeweller, who is putting the finishing touches on a beautiful brooch in his workshop. Or the blacksmith might be repairing the lock on the mistress' chest, where she keeps, among other things, a string of beads crafted by the bead maker.
