Panfried cod with mustard sauce

Eat cod! It belongs to the lean fish, is mild in taste and easy to prepare.

Procedure

Begin by seasoning the cod fillets with salt. Set aside.

To make the mustard sauce, mix creme fraiche, mustard, honey and salt. Adjust with a little more honey or salt if needed.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the thyme. When the butter turns light brown, carefully place the fillets in the pan. Depending on how thick the fillets are, they need to cook about 2-3 min. on each side. Serve right away

  • 5 sprigs thyme
  • Butter
  • 4 large tbsp creme fraiche 18%
  • 1 tbsp honey
